Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a cheerful, professional personality with a great passion for the hospitality sector to take over the front desk at the hotel. Your primary role will be to leave an exceptional first impression on our guests from the moment they arrive until they leave, and to provide an unforgettable stay experience.

*Check-in / Check-out service: Warmly and welcomingly receive guests, efficiently complete their check-in and room procedures, and finalize their check-out procedures.

*Reservation management: Handle new reservations (via phone, email, or automated systems), and confirm or modify them according to the guest's preference.

*Payment and billing management: Issue invoices for accommodation and additional services, collect cash or credit card payments, and close the daily cash register (Night Audit / Shift Handover).

*Customer service and responding to inquiries: Meet guests' needs during their stay, and provide comprehensive information about hotel services and facilities.

*Handling complaints: Actively listen to guests' complaints or feedback, and handle them wisely and quickly to ensure their complete satisfaction (in coordination with other departments such as housekeeping or maintenance).

*Internal coordination: Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments (Housekeeping, Sales, Food and Beverage).
