We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the role of Assistant Manager - Reservation. As part of our prestigious hotel organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and optimizing room yield through effective inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams along with other relevant Rooms Departments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
  • Maximize Room Yield through effective Inventory Control.

Qualifications:
  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager in Reservations or Front Office, or as Team Leader in larger operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
