Business Development Manager

About the Role

SSC Al Suwaidi is expanding its accommodation and catering business and is seeking a Business Development Manager. This full-time role is based in the Eastern Province, covering Dammam and Al Khobar, and focuses on securing new contracts and expanding the client base across the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth within SSC Al Suwaidi's accommodation and catering service lines. This involves identifying new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, leading tender processes, and closing long-term contracts with clients in key sectors such as oil & gas, construction, industrial, government, and giga-projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the growth strategy for staff accommodation, camp management, and contract catering services.
• Identify and pursue new clients, projects, and tenders, maintaining an organized pipeline within the CRM system.
• Lead proposals, bids, and commercial negotiations, including the development of per-man-day and occupancy-based pricing models.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to refine the company's service offerings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with operations, estimation, and finance teams on pricing strategies and ensuring smooth handover of new contracts.
• Report on pipeline status, win rates, and revenue performance against established targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the accommodation, catering, or related service industries.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and a proven track record of winning new contracts and growing client bases.
• Experience in leading tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies within relevant sectors.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, specifically covering the cities of Dammam and Al Khobar. The role requires a commercially driven individual to expand SSC Al Suwaidi's presence across the Kingdom.
