This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, basic math abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with all customers.

High customer and client interaction skills in the restaurant. Application of approved control, security rules, and standards. Receiving payments from customers in restaurants. Ensuring that accounts are settled correctly at the end of the day. Delivering cash to the restaurant manager regularly. Issuing receipts and refunds. Using coupons and discount vouchers according to policy. Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the job scope.
