Job: Full time 8 hours a day - 6 days a week, and the required tasks are as follows: 1. Receiving customers and welcoming them politely and professionally. 2. Accurately recording orders in the system. 3. Issuing invoices and ensuring the accuracy of amounts and prices. 4. Collecting cash amounts or via bank cards and dealing with various payment methods. 5. Delivering invoices and receipts to customers and keeping copies of financial transactions. 6. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cashier area. 7. Collaborating with the team (hosts, chefs, and service workers) to ensure customer satisfaction and speed of service. 8. Dealing with simple customer complaints respectfully and forwarding necessary cases to management. 9. Following security and safety procedures and keeping financial information confidential. 10. Complying with the overall appearance and internal policies of the restaurant.
