Claims Analyst Opportunity at KBR Saudi Arabia
KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Claims Analyst to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time position is central to managing and analyzing contractor claims, ensuring strict adherence to contractual obligations, and actively supporting the company's position in claims defense and dispute avoidance.
Role Overview and Objectives
The Claims Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the company's interests by meticulously reviewing and assessing contractor submissions. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations that align with established contractual frameworks and industry best practices, thereby mitigating potential financial and schedule impacts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contractor claims concerning schedule variances, costs, financial impacts, and scope deviations.
- Prepare detailed impact assessments utilizing appropriate methodologies and tools, including Primavera P6, Costpoint, and other relevant software.
- Interface with project teams to gather factual data essential for comprehensive claims analysis.
- Draft company responses to contractor claims, ensuring robust technical, legal, and contractual justification.
- Maintain a comprehensive claims log detailing exposure, status, and mitigation strategies.

Required Experience and Compliance
Candidates for this position must possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a strong understanding and adherence to relevant Aramco GIs, established contractual frameworks, and international best practices in contract and claims management. Compliance with industry standards is paramount.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The Claims Analyst will operate within a professional environment focused on maintaining contractual integrity and effective dispute resolution.
