Join Wood as a Cost Engineer
Wood is seeking a capable and experienced Cost Engineer to support our oil and gas project owner. This role is key in ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, issue, and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
  • Liaise with various project control disciplines to develop budgets.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance to capture costs accurately.
  • Monitor cost commitments through all project phases.
  • Prepare and issue cost performance reports and updates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant cost experience.
  • Proficiency in cost software and principles.
  • Understanding of project management principles and cost management techniques.
  • Experience developing cost reports and budgets.
