Government Transactions Clearance: Follow-up and completion of all transactions with government departments (such as: passports, labor office, chamber of commerce, municipalities, and social insurance). • Management of electronic platforms: Professional handling of digital platforms (such as: Absher, Qiwa, Mudad, I'timad) to submit and follow up on applications. • Communication with clients: Receiving client inquiries and clearly and politely explaining the necessary requirements for each transaction. • Organization and archiving: Organizing files and official documents, ensuring the validity of licenses and documents, and renewing them before they expire. • Field follow-up: Reviewing various entities if the transaction requires personal attendance to complete the procedures. • Reporting: Providing periodic reports to management on the status of transactions (completed, pending, and stalled). Basic requirements and skills: • Knowledge of systems: Thorough familiarity with local systems, laws, and procedures followed in government departments. • Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and dealing with modern electronic sites and services. • Effective communication: High ability to negotiate, persuade, and build good professional relationships. • Accuracy and integrity: Strong focus on document details to ensure they are error-free, and adherence to professional integrity. • Time management: Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a short time.
