Program Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide testing, commissioning, and technical support to customers, encompassing site, office, and factory activities. This includes on-site services, remote support, product inquiries, troubleshooting, and solution recommendations.
• Receive, record, and analyze customer repair and technical support requests using provided software tools.
• Collaborate with factories, repair centers, operations, logistics, and customers to minimize request closing times, adhere to legal and commercial agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with customers to understand their installed base data and provide recommendations for upgrades, repairs, and other technical solutions.
• Facilitate the implementation of recommendations and solutions at customer sites by coordinating with factories and repair centers.
• Prepare technical documentation, including test reports, repair reports, findings, solutions, and general technical reports.
