About the Role

Precision Drilling is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and reports directly to the Assistant Controller. The role involves performing a variety of accounting duties to support monthly reporting, month-end close, and the processing of accounts receivable and cash.

Role Purpose

The Finance Analyst is responsible for contributing to the financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial data. This includes supporting critical month-end activities and maintaining precise records for inter-company accounts, general ledger, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process month-end journal entries.
  • Assist with the month-end closing process.
  • Reconcile Inter-Company accounts at month-end and mid-month.
  • Process accounts payable invoices and assist in setting up wire transfers.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations weekly and upload checks daily.
  • Process journal entries to clear reconciling items.
  • Prepare the monthly cash forecast.
  • Assist with the month-end binder and Excel spreadsheet.
  • Ensure all journal entries are checked in and filed for all companies.
  • Work with auditors in providing supporting documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
