Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the day-to-day operations in Accounts Payable including accounting, reconciliations, and monthly financial report preparation.
  • Manage the closing of financial records ensuring accurate financial statements.
  • Review and process invoices promptly, resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies while performing daily audits.
  • Address cash management tasks including reconciliations and customer queries.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to resolve disputes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Expected Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of the P2P and O2C processes.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 34 years of relevant professional experience, especially in the Middle East.
