Role Overview

Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club is seeking a Head of Ticketing and Memberships to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of the club's ticketing and memberships function. Based in Al Khobar, Eastern region, this full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth, increasing attendances, and enhancing the supporter experience. The position involves working across ticketing, CRM, pricing, audience insight, and customer service to grow the club's fanbase and maximize long-term commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the club's long-term ticketing and memberships strategy, aligned with commercial objectives, revenue targets, and audience growth.
• Develop pricing, discounting, and yield management strategies to balance revenue generation, accessibility, and fan growth.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and adapt pricing and inventory strategies to optimize commercial performance.
• Oversee all ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and third-party integrations to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.
• Manage ticket inventory configuration, on-sale processes, and CRM setup across all events.
• Lead the development of efficient ticketing operations that support a seamless supporter experience, ensuring all ticketing policies, procedures, and accessibility standards are implemented consistently.
• Deliver customer experience across all ticketing and membership touchpoints.
• Utilize CRM data and audience insight to support marketing campaigns, fan engagement initiatives, and membership growth.
• Develop strategies that strengthen supporter loyalty and improve customer retention, collaborating with marketing and digital teams on data-led audience development initiatives.
• Analyze ticketing and CRM performance to generate actionable commercial insight and produce regular reporting on sales performance, attendance, revenue, and supporter trends.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and customer data governance, supporting strategic decision-making through forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing ticketing and memberships team, establishing clear objectives, performance standards, and operational processes.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, building strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires demonstrated ability in strategic planning, operational management, data analysis, and team leadership within a commercial or sports environment.
