The Role of HR Advisor

Odfjell Technology is seeking a Saudi national to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, as an HR Advisor. This full-time role involves managing daily HR activities, providing support to employees and management, and ensuring that all HR practices align with Saudi labor regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and experience in HR operations, employee relations, and local compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and applicable employment regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Manage HR-related government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Monitor Saudisation requirements and ensure compliance with Nitaqat regulations.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment matters and company policies.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a Saudi national with a good understanding of Saudi Labour Law. Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and local compliance requirements is essential for this role. The HR Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that all HR activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
