The Role: HR & Government Relations Coordinator

Sterling Multi-Chem is seeking an HR & Government Relations Coordinator to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to providing comprehensive Human Resources and Government Relations support. The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating HR operations, employee administration, regulatory compliance, and government services to ensure efficient business operations and full adherence to Company policies, Saudi Labor Law, and applicable government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and provide general administrative assistance.
  • Prepare various HR documents, including employment contracts, official letters, and certificates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper management.
  • Process and follow up on Human Resources and Government Relations transactions through relevant government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Absher Business.
  • Coordinate government-related services, including employment visas, visit visas, exit/re-entry visas, Iqama issuance and renewals, work permits, and foreign recruitment documentation.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external entities regarding employee-related matters and regulatory requirements.
  • Support HR operational activities, including attendance management, leave administration, employee requests, and HR reporting.
  • Assist relevant departments in processing government-related requirements to ensure the Company's compliance with regulations and maintain valid licenses, permits, and registrations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, Company policies, and other applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate records of government transactions and monitor renewal schedules to ensure timely completion of all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure business continuity and cover essential HR activities as needed.
  • Perform additional Human Resources, Government Relations, or administrative duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar HR and Government Relations coordination role. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, within the Eastern Region. The role operates within a professional environment, supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring regulatory adherence across company operations.
