Conducting periodic stock takes (monthly, quarterly, annually) and matching actual quantities with the system.
Analyzing discrepancies between actual and recorded stock, and providing detailed reports on causes and solutions.
Entering and updating inventory data in electronic systems accurately.
Coordinating with other departments (such as purchasing and production) to ensure a smooth flow of materials.
Proposing reorder levels (Reorder Levels) to avoid stock running out or piling up.
Ensuring adherence to safety and storage procedures in accordance with established standards.
Preparing periodic reports on inventory status, performance indicators, and supply levels.
Participating in improving processes and developing inventory control mechanisms.

Requirements

Data entry accurately in electronic systems or databases according to the approved templates.
Reviewing and auditing the entered data to ensure it is free of errors or duplication.
Organizing files and records both paper and electronic in a way that facilitates access to them.
Updating data periodically to ensure its recency and accuracy.
Coordinating with other departments to obtain the required information or correct data.
Preparing periodic reports on the entered or updated data when needed.
Adhering to privacy policies and confidentiality of information while handling sensitive data.
Assisting in archiving documents electronically or on paper depending on the adopted system.
Using computer programs such as Excel, Word, and the company-specific data management systems.
Responding to inquiries related to data and providing administrative support when needed.
