About the Role

Solution Leaders Fayez Engineering is seeking a Lead Industrial Security Engineer to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves overseeing and guiding industrial security engineering projects and teams, ensuring the robust implementation of security designs and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Senior Industrial Security Engineers to ensure the proper implementation of project designs.
• Lead and guide engineers within the industrial security discipline.
• Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
• Develop material and equipment specifications.
• Resolve industrial security engineering issues using accepted principles, codes, and standards.
• Analyze problems and identify critical factors for investigation.
• Organize and conduct technical investigations and analysis.
• Participate in developing new industrial security engineering methods.
• Provide expert advice on design processes and construction methods.
• Approve major changes in specifications, plans, work techniques, and materials.
• Determine and schedule work priorities.
• Prepare engineering proposals and cost estimates.
• Ensure the implementation of quality plans.

Leadership and Authority

• Provide technical guidance to team members.
• Recommend staffing solutions, training, and development opportunities.
• Organize and supervise large teams or specialized engineering groups.
• Contribute to performance evaluations and staffing recommendations.
• Ensure accountability for unit deliverables.
• Approve timesheets.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in industrial security engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of industrial security principles, codes, and standards.
