LP ESG Svc Operator II L&P

About the Role

Halliburton is seeking a LP04-ESG-Svc Operator II-L&P to join their team in Al Qatif and Al Khobar. This full-time position involves operating well logging equipment and pressure control systems to record subsurface geological information. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to safety and operational excellence within the global energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Rig-up and rig-down surface and downhole well logging equipment, including electric, nuclear, sonic, and other well logging tools.
• Operate rig hoist and pressure control equipment at work locations.
• Assemble various downhole well logging tools.
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on both downhole and surface well logging equipment.
• Conduct pre and post-job vehicle and equipment inspections, completing associated paperwork and reports.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced Service Operators and Operator Assistant staff.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
• Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, adhering to all applicable safety and environmental procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• One year of experience as a Service Operator-L&P, I.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others, given the nature of oil field service work.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of HMS standards and guidelines for PSL personnel.

Additional Requirements (May Be Required)

• Licensure to drive commercial equipment in certain locations.
• Successful completion of a Well Control Accreditation Program.
• Successful completion of water survival training.
