The Role: Marketing and Store Manager

Enigma Escape Games is seeking a Marketing and Store Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on role that combines marketing execution, customer engagement, and day-to-day store management. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating bookings, managing the company’s social media presence, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role requires an individual who can actively create and execute marketing initiatives rather than only coordinate with external providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing and Business Growth:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness, customer engagement, and bookings.
  • Manage Enigma’s social media accounts, including content planning, posting, captions, stories, short-form videos, customer engagement, and campaign coordination.
  • Create or coordinate high-quality photo and video content showcasing the escape rooms, customer experience, promotions, and special events.
  • Plan and promote seasonal campaigns, special offers, competitions, corporate packages, birthday packages, and group-booking initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign results, social media engagement, booking trends, customer acquisition, and promotional performance.
  • Use marketing data and customer feedback to recommend improvements to campaigns, offers, content, and the overall customer journey.
  • Identify and support partnerships with companies, schools, universities, event organizers, influencers, hotels, tourism platforms, and entertainment partners.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent information across social media, Google Business, booking platforms, promotional applications, and other digital channels.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, comments, and direct messages.
  • Protect and consistently apply Enigma’s brand identity, tone, and customer service standards.
• Store Operations:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, task assignments, attendance, and shift coverage.
  • Ensure escape rooms are clean, reset correctly, fully operational, and ready before every booking.
  • Supervise customer check-in, game briefings, room monitoring, post-game interactions, and guest departures.
  • Manage bookings, walk-in customers, rescheduling requests, customer concerns, and operational issues.
  • Ensure staff provide a welcoming, professional, and consistent guest experience.
  • Monitor supplies, equipment, room condition, maintenance requirements, and operational inventory.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards throughout the facility.
  • Prepare basic operational and marketing reports for management.
  • Escalate technical, staffing, customer service, or maintenance issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a closely related field.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.
• Practical experience managing business social media accounts, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar consumer platforms.
• Strong content-writing skills, including the ability to prepare clear and engaging captions, promotional messages, and campaign copy.
• Ability to create basic photo and video content using a smartphone and edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics, campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion tracking.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, leadership, and staff-coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings, operational priorities, customer inquiries, and marketing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer or operational issues.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak entertainment periods based on business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, leisure, events, retail, tourism, or another customer-facing business.
• Experience with paid social media advertising, influencer coordination, promotional partnerships, or community marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, TikTok Business, booking systems, or customer relationship management tools.
• Basic graphic design, photography, or video-editing experience.
• Experience supervising staff or managing a small customer-facing location.
