About the Role
We are looking to hire a Marketing & Events Specialist to be based on site at Al Shubaily Grand Mall in Al Khobar. This role is hands on and execution focused responsible for supervising and coordinating marketing events, activations, and promotional activities within the mall to ensure high quality on ground delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute all marketing events and activations within the mall
• Coordinate closely with mall management, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
• Oversee on-site setup, execution, and dismantling of events and promotional activities
• Monitor on-ground execution to ensure quality standards and approved timelines are met
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers and follow up on deliverables
• Oversee the execution and maintenance of marketing signage, banners, and branding elements
• Support the marketing team in executing seasonal campaigns and event-related initiatives
• Prepare basic reports on event performance and on-site execution

Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing events, activations, or on-ground campaigns
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
