Innomotics, a global supplier of motors and large drive systems with over 150 years of engineering expertise, is seeking a Portfolio Sales Professional. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview and Objectives

The Portfolio Sales Professional will drive growth for LV induction motor retrofit and replacement opportunities across key industrial sectors. This role involves developing new business, expanding strategic accounts, and collaborating closely with engineering and service teams to deliver practical, technically sound, and commercially competitive customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, market-share, and profitability targets for the retrofit business.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure retrofit opportunities for LV induction motors in industries such as oil & gas, power, water, mining, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline through engagement with EPCs, OEMs, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Promote retrofit solutions that support replacement, modernization, efficiency improvement, and lifecycle extension of customer equipment.
  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value contracts.
  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts through consultative selling and tailored solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, channel partners, and project stakeholders.
  • Understand customer installed base, operating challenges, and project requirements to position appropriate retrofit solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, service, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, installed-base opportunities, and customer investment plans.
  • Provide regular market feedback, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to support management decisions.
  • Support product positioning, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and sales reporting in CRM tools.
  • Ensure contract execution adheres to company policies, commercial terms, and compliance requirements.
  • Uphold high standards of ethical sales practice, safety compliance, and professional conduct.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales engineering or portfolio sales role, ideally within industrial motors or drive systems.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage strategic accounts.
  • Strong technical understanding of LV induction motors and retrofit solutions.
  • Ability to prepare technical-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Willingness to travel for domestic and regional customer assignments.
