Intech Automation & Intelligence is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a professional with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, particularly in the oil and gas sector. The role is critical in ensuring all project deliverables meet the high-quality standards required by major clients such as Saudi Aramco and ADNOC, as well as international industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all quality assurance and control activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Saudi Aramco and ADNOC standards.
• Establish and maintain project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry standards and client expectations.
• Oversee and coordinate all inspection and testing activities to verify compliance of materials, equipment, and workmanship with project specifications.
• Ensure project deliverables meet applicable international standards for control systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment, including ISO, API, and ASME guidelines.
• Monitor and audit the quality of vendor-supplied materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports, ensuring traceability.
• Identify, document, and manage non-conformances and quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality performance and reduce rework.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, and other stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, addressing any findings or recommendations.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Manage complex quality control systems and ensure compliance with international and client-specific standards.
• Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC management, with significant exposure to EPC projects in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco and ADNOC projects, with a thorough understanding of their QA/QC requirements and standards.
• Extensive knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment and applicable industry standards, including ISO, API, and ASME.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant software applications.
• Expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems for complex EPC projects.
• Proficiency in monitoring and auditing vendor quality.
