The primary purpose of this role is to drive the marketing and sales efforts for Maras Real Estate's diverse portfolio of properties. This involves actively engaging with potential clients, presenting suitable options, and guiding them through the sales process. The specialist will contribute directly to the company's growth by meeting sales targets and fostering long-term client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell real estate units and projects effectively.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate property options.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Monitor sales activities and continuously update client data.
• Achieve defined sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience
