About the Role: The Recruitment Specialist at Pattis International plays a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure the timely hiring of qualified talent across production, retail, kitchen, operations, and corporate functions. This position supports group-wide growth in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment for all group companies. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms. Source candidates through multiple channels.
  • Screening & Selection: Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & Documentation: Coordinate onboarding activities, liaise for visa processing, and ensure smooth induction.
  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting: Support manpower planning and budget tracking, monitor recruitment costs, and provide inputs for annual plans.
  • Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline: Enhance employer branding and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Recruitment Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for candidates and coordinate with external agencies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law and proficiency in recruitment platforms.

Role Overview

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Management/Administration, or equivalent; relevant certifications like ACA, ACCA are advantageous.
  • Proficient in finance/accounting processes and ERP systems (*, SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time within KSA.
