About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Al Khobar. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and team management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet organizational standards.
  • Maintain inventory and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive culinary skills including menu development, food preparation, and plating presentation.
  • Experience in kitchen management, team training, and staff supervision.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in a kitchen setting.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience in leading a kitchen team is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize profitability is advantageous.
