As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in assisting the Chef de Cuisine in the management of your assigned kitchen operations, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen operations and administration.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a high-standard hotel or restaurant, preferably within luxury international brands.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential.
- Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.
