Head Chef

• Assist in managing kitchen operations as a profit center.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain efficient kitchen workflow.
• Uphold kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant.
• Experience in luxury international brands is preferred.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System preferred.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing cash, credit, and debit card payments, maintaining accurate cash drawer balances, issuing receipts and refunds, and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies. Additionally, you will assist customers with inquiries, maintain a clean and organized checkout area, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Implement clinic policies and ensure adherence to health standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Health Administration.
• Degree in Health and Medical Administrative Services.
• Strong management and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software.
