We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sous Chef to assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing our kitchen operations. This role is crucial in ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through effective planning, organization, direction, and control of kitchen administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing kitchen operations as a profit center.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain efficient kitchen workflow.
  • Uphold kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant.
  • Experience in luxury international brands is preferred.
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System preferred.
