About the RoleAs a Commercial Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to oversee Gulf trade exports, backhaul shipments, freight pricing, and vessel space optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Cargo Pricing:
- Manage pricing for outbound services via calls and emails.
- Ensure RFAs/PMTs are accurately filed per agreed terms.
- Review customer requests for free time and other commercial considerations.
- Investigate and validate FCAs.
- Vessel Space Management:
- Optimize space allocation on assigned vessels for maximum utilization.
- Track performance on space usage and coordinate service changes.
- Monitor REEFER container utilization.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Prepare and generate weekly space utilization reports.
- Assist with quotations for tender accounts.
- Liaise with DG Desk for Non-DG status confirmation.
Must Have- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial shipping or trade operations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
