We are hiring a high-impact Commercial Operations Specialist to lead critical commercial workstreams across demand forecasting, government tendering, and feasibility studies. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on tender execution experience, and a deep understanding of the Saudi healthcare procurement ecosystem, enabling data-driven product and partnership decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Commercial Analytics: Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using credible assumptions. Build forecasting models by channel, institution, and region, establishing forecasting governance.
- Tendering & Institutional Business: Lead end-to-end tender planning and execution, maintaining a tender calendar and ensuring compliance with submissions.
- Feasibility Studies & Investments Cases: Build structured feasibility studies and create robust financial models.
- Saudi Market Intelligence & Opportunity Sourcing: Conduct continuous market intelligence and identify business development opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Connect BD, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply to ensure data-driven decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in BD, tendering, or commercial strategy in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated experience in forecasting, tendering, and feasibility studies.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi institutional market dynamics and procurement processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
- Strong business writing skills.
- Tender documentation discipline.
- Market sizing and competitor analysis.
- Presentation skills using PowerPoint.
