The Regional Marketing Manager Role

Synapse Funding is seeking a highly motivated Regional Marketing Manager to join its team. This is a full-time, fully remote position, with the primary region of focus being the Eastern Region, Al Khobar, and the UAE. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across these regions. The role also involves managing the company's digital presence and social media platforms, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Manage all company social media platforms, overseeing content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid and organic campaigns.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen regional market presence.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize marketing efforts based on data.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support company growth.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Identify emerging marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on innovation. The position requires an individual capable of both strategic planning and practical implementation of marketing initiatives.

Training and Work Environment

Successful candidates will participate in a mandatory two-week onboarding and training program. During this period, they will complete a professional certification fully sponsored and provided by Synapse Funding. This is a 100% remote position. Occasional business travel to the United Kingdom, United States, or Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia may be required, with all business-related travel expenses, including flights, fully covered by the company.
