The Role: Marketing Manager

Tahaluf is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to designing and delivering critical aspects of the marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager is responsible for achieving commercial objectives and revenue targets through effective brand delivery, accurate customer segmentation, data analytics, comprehensive campaign planning, and multi-channel optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, and optimisation for both inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Drive online traffic, leads, and conversions to meet strategic KPIs, presenting ongoing results through regular updates.
  • Analyse visitor and exhibitor digital behaviour using platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other third-party tools to identify issues and opportunities, optimising plans based on continuous testing and reporting.
  • Benchmark and establish new KPI targets to enhance the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with supporting agencies to develop and set up paid marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and optimise paid marketing performance using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
  • Identify evolving SEO practices and work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop new digital campaigns.
  • Develop organic search growth strategies for each stage of the customer lifecycle, adapting to digital trends and platforms across international markets.
  • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to produce high-quality content around relevant terms.
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Design and implement testing and optimisation strategies, including A/B testing, landing pages, and calls to action (CTAs).
  • Work with marketers to identify target audiences and key segments, assisting with the development of personas, value propositions, and messaging for each product.
  • Ensure timely and relevant communications are delivered through a comprehensive mix of digital channels, optimised for each.

Leadership and Strategic Oversight

  • Work with line reports and the wider marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns in alignment with agreed KPIs, event, and divisional strategy.
  • Line manage digital marketer(s) to facilitate the successful implementation of campaign strategies, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Monitor campaign performances by producing relevant and timely reports, recommending changes based on data insights.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimising spend and performance accordingly, and sharing relevant insights with the wider marketing team and senior management to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns that meet strategic objectives, such as visitor attendance and exhibitor acquisition.
  • Monitor operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines, including Drop Schedules, Gantt charts, Time & Action Plans, Content Calendars, and Budget Trackers.
  • Assist marketing managers with the development of marketing budgets in line with plans and ensure digital elements of budget trackers are kept up to date.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on digital strategy and campaign management.
