Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reservation system, including waitlists, bookings, walk-ins, and seating arrangements.
• Ensure consistent guest flow and a welcoming experience from arrival.

• Anticipate guest needs, such as taking initial drink orders while guiding them to their tables.
• Maintain accurate guest lists and develop detailed guest profiles.
