About the Role

Fahdan Business Solutions is preparing to open a new branch of a prestigious restaurant specializing in international cuisine in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals who are recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in the successful launch and operation of our new international cuisine restaurant in Al Khobar. This position is designed for individuals looking to start their career in restaurant management, offering an opportunity to contribute to a growing establishment with multiple branches across the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support the management team in maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Assist in training and supervising new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi national citizenship is required.
• Recent graduate with 0-1 years of experience.
• Ability to work full-time in Al Khobar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625. We are looking to fill 5 open positions to build a strong team for our new branch.
