Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, a member of the Accor network, is seeking a Revenue Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. The Accor network encompasses over 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations globally. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth and optimizing performance within the hotel.

Role Overview

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies to optimize pricing, manage inventory, and enhance channel performance across the hotel. This position involves close collaboration with various internal teams and contributes to the overall achievement of business goals. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and engaging with the revenue management community, supported by learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies for the hotel.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform and adjust strategic approaches.
• Lead weekly and bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings, providing data-driven insights.
• Develop topline revenue forecasts and identify opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue centers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory levels.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members in revenue management practices.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to achieve established revenue goals.
• Ensure effective management of reservations and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Drive market share within the competitive set and ensure optimal utilization of systems to enhance RevPAR.
• Leverage knowledge of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and networks, to optimize hotel profitability.
• Maintain data quality and system hygiene for all Revenue Management and Distribution applications, platforms, and tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in revenue management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing revenue strategies.
• Proficiency in optimizing pricing strategies and channel performance.
• Experience in leveraging sector-leading technology for revenue management.
• Knowledge of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks.

Team Collaboration and Environment

This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Front Office teams, as well as the executive team for forecasting and pricing. The Revenue Manager will contribute to an internal and external revenue management community of practice, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar.
