We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to become part of our leadership team for a major EPC project in Al Khobar. This project is crucial for supporting Saudi Arabia's growing power demands and involves executing a large-scale IPP power project.

About the Role:
The HSE Manager will ensure the highest health, safety, and environmental standards are met throughout the lifecycle of the project. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing HSE management systems.
• Embedding a safety-first culture across all teams.
• Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Monitoring contractor HSE performance and leading incident investigations.
• Providing HSE training and awareness initiatives for the workforce.

Qualifications & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HSE management on major EPC or process projects.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A multicultural background to thrive in a diverse work environment.
