The Senior Secretary Role

WorleyParsons is seeking a Senior Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves managing various office functions, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting multiple teams within the organization. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned groups or teams.
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Program and file documentation, and establish and maintain group filing systems.
  • Monitor and purchase stationery and other office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with administrative activities including preparing expense reports and processing purchase orders/invoices.
  • Arrange meetings, including organizing equipment, ordering food and beverages, and clearing meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Support administration teams of other groups when required.
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, presentations, and publications for internal and external clients.
  • Provide customer service, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery in accordance with policy and procedure.
