About the Service Sales Specialist Role

Innomotics, a leader in motors and drives, is seeking a dedicated Service Sales Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for driving growth within the Service Business segment. Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for leading service sales activities, ensuring alignment with Regional Sales, and achieving defined targets. You will act as a dedicated sales force for the Service Business, focusing on identifying, developing, and closing customer opportunities for Innomotics' service offerings. Your primary objective will be to drive Service growth within your assigned portfolio, accounts, and region. This includes full accountability for new order intake and new order margin targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing customers and driving Service Sales activities.
  • Proactively serving the customer Installed Base by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions.
  • Collaborating with Regional Sales teams to identify and develop customer opportunities for Services.
  • Defining the service component of customer strategies.
  • Visiting customers to support, consult, and drive deals to closure by generating service sales leads.
  • Developing new market opportunities and exploring potential new service portfolios.
  • Coordinating the technical development and negotiation of offers with customers.
  • Validating pricing and assessing delivery capabilities.
  • Accompanying projects during execution to generate follow-up sales.
  • Maintaining a service-related proposal pipeline.
  • Gathering information on customers, markets, and competitors within your Service portfolio.
  • Providing input for marketing activities and representing the service portfolio at events.
  • Driving knowledge exchange on strategy and portfolio with relevant internal teams and sales partners.
  • Managing Customer Service Regional Sales through account and opportunity-level planning.
  • Supporting business planning and forecasting for Regional Sales and Innomotics divisions.
  • Executing, coordinating, and reporting on Customer Service topics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Presenting to the Management Team.
  • Ensuring and driving improvements in i-Base data quality and transparency.
  • Supporting target achievement by providing data transparency and identifying improvement measures.
  • Safeguarding compliance with Customer Service standards, values, and policies.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering; an MBA is considered advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience or experience in other customer-facing marketing functions with a proven track record.
  • 2-5 years of technical experience in service/engineering and/or commissioning.
  • 2-5 years of experience in successful project execution and 1 year in proposal development.
  • Familiarity with Innomotics products & technologies and the Customer Services portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of Account Management, Customer Development, and Customer Services processes.
  • Experience working with multicultural and multinational organizations in international environments.
  • Fluent English is required; fluent Arabic is an advantage.
