About the Role

Halliburton is seeking a Svc Supv I Slickline to lead a crew in providing slickline services within the Eastern region, specifically in Al Khobar. This full-time position involves ensuring customer satisfaction and operational compliance for one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in delivering slickline services, focusing on less complex operations within a defined geographic area.
• Ensure onsite customer satisfaction by consulting on products and services and promoting positive customer relations.
• Review job designs and confirm that job packets include the correct equipment and processes.
• Verify that units, well pressure control equipment (WPCE), and downhole tools are prepared, complete, and accurate for each job.
• Execute all job aspects in adherence to HMS processes and apply technical knowledge to resolve unexpected situations, consulting with HES operations base as needed.
• Perform onsite emergency unit and equipment maintenance when necessary.
• Maintain assigned equipment properly and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with third parties whose activities might affect slickline job execution.
• Train service operators and operator assistants in areas of expertise.
• Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complying with all applicable health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Conduct and document all Halliburton HSE-related activities at the well site, including site assessments, risk analyses, onsite safety meetings, and PPE use.
• Complete all well site and post-job paperwork and participate in post-job reviews with supervisors.
• Actively participate in the quality improvement process and identify potential sales opportunities for additional HES products and services, communicating them to relevant personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in slickline services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pre and post-job product and service activities is required.
• Ability to develop knowledge and skills to manage more complex and/or a broader range of HES offerings.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The role involves working under general supervision and leading a crew in field operations.

Compensation for this role is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
