Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and caring manner.
  • Connect calls to the appropriate extensions promptly.
  • Record and deliver messages for guests accurately.
  • Manage guest requests for Do Not Disturb (DND) and wakeup calls.
  • Handle emergency communications effectively as the communication center of the hotel.
  • Maintain a neat working area and keep abreast of hotel services and updates.
