Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Head Barista to lead our barista team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will:
  • Prepare and serve espresso-based and brewed beverages to the highest standards.
  • Exhibit excellence in Latte Art and inspire the team with your creativity.
  • Train, mentor, and develop baristas to achieve SCA-level mastery.
  • Manage daily operations, inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their specialty coffee experience.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven skills in barista techniques, brewing methods, and food preparation.
  • Exceptional skills in Latte Art (competition experience or portfolio preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A customer service background with a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preference for candidates holding Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certifications.

Continuous professional development opportunities will be provided, including SCA courses and participation in latte art championships.

Communication and Collaboration:
