Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Head Barista to lead our barista team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will:

Prepare and serve espresso-based and brewed beverages to the highest standards.
Exhibit excellence in Latte Art and inspire the team with your creativity.
Train, mentor, and develop baristas to achieve SCA-level mastery.
Manage daily operations, inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with customers to enhance their specialty coffee experience.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven skills in barista techniques, brewing methods, and food preparation.
Exceptional skills in Latte Art (competition experience or portfolio preferred).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A customer service background with a keen attention to detail.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preference for candidates holding Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certifications.

Continuous professional development opportunities will be provided, including SCA courses and participation in latte art championships.
