Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to high-quality standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment, ensuring cleanliness and excellent working condition.
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, offering expert recommendations and highlighting menu items.
Manage inventory, including restocking supplies and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and beverage preparation methods is essential.
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
Commitment to following health, safety, and hygiene standards.
