Need:
HR Officer
Required Qualifications:
• Practical experience in human resources and personnel affairs.
• Knowledge of government human resources platforms (Qiwa, Social Insurance, Mudad, Muqeem, etc.).
• Experience in preparing and renewing contracts and following up on employee files.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory regulations.
• Ability to prepare administrative reports and track attendance and departures and vacations.
• Computer skills and human resources programs
• Ability to organize, follow up, and handle work pressure.
Main Tasks:
• Manage employee files and update their data.
• Prepare and renew employment contracts.
• Follow up on vacations, attendance, and departures.
• Follow up on social insurance and the Qiwa platform.
• Prepare administrative letters and decisions.
• Follow up on performance evaluation and job commitment.
• Coordinate between management and employees in all human resources matters.
Work Location:
Al-Majma'ah – Riyadh Region
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Beginner in English
