Main tasks:

Conduct studies and analyses to set and define performance indicators and quality standards.
Update customer service procedures and ensure effective communication with customers.
Analyze data to identify strengths and weaknesses in current systems.
Prepare documents and reports related to customer service.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related fields such as customer service or public relations.
Practical experience of no less than two years in customer service.

Required skills:

Customer experience management and quality assurance.
Report preparation and monitoring.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
