Customer Service Specialist position at Al-Muhayed Engineering Consultants
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with high skills to achieve excellence in providing services to customers. Your responsibilities will include setting and defining performance and quality indicators in customer service and participating in the development of guidelines and programs that enhance the quality of the provided service.

Main tasks:
  • Conduct studies and analyses to set and define performance indicators and quality standards.
  • Update customer service procedures and ensure effective communication with customers.
  • Analyze data to identify strengths and weaknesses in current systems.
  • Prepare documents and reports related to customer service.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields such as customer service or public relations.
  • Practical experience of no less than two years in customer service.

Required skills:
  • Customer experience management and quality assurance.
  • Report preparation and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Requirements
