Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor!
Wajz Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring they are carried out efficiently. You will be part of a dynamic team working on developing and improving technical processes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a work plan and program and supervise procedures to identify the type and nature of maintenance.
Distribute tasks among the team based on their capabilities and follow up on performance.
Assess the training needs of the team and recommend specialized training programs.
Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.
Classify, organize, and document results and work reports.

Requirements:

A degree in technical higher education in mechanical engineering.
At least two years of experience in the maintenance field.
Advanced skills in machine maintenance, maintenance planning systems, and supervision.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
