Responsibilities:- Prepare a work plan and program and supervise procedures to identify the type and nature of maintenance.
- Distribute tasks among the team based on their capabilities and follow up on performance.
- Assess the training needs of the team and recommend specialized training programs.
- Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.
- Classify, organize, and document results and work reports.
Requirements:- A degree in technical higher education in mechanical engineering.
- At least two years of experience in the maintenance field.
- Advanced skills in machine maintenance, maintenance planning systems, and supervision.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
