Overview of the Role
As a branch supervisor, you will join our team in Al-Qassim, where you will work in an on-site work environment and supervise the daily operations of the branch to ensure operational goals are met and the best customer experience is provided.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of staff and organizing work
• Monitoring product availability and arrangement within the branch
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Supporting customer service and handling complaints
• Preparing schedules and organizing shifts
• Reporting observations and reports to the branch manager
• Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the branch.

Basic Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a branch supervisor in the retail sector (Hypermarket/Supermarket).
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Familiarity with the basics of store operational processes
• Ability to work with operating systems (such as cashier systems or ERP systems like Odoo)
• Commitment to internal policies and procedures
• Flexibility in working hours (full-time/shifts)
