Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor at Rukn Al-Qimam for Maintenance and Cleaning!
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to participate in preparing work plans and programs to follow up on various maintenance procedures and achieve the team's goals. You will work on effectively distributing tasks and designing training needs for the maintenance team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantities and materials required.
  • Distribute tasks and duties among the maintenance team members according to their capabilities.
  • Evaluate the team's performance and achievements and provide support and guidance.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on implementation processes.
  • Classify, organize, and document work results and performance reports.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in the maintenance field.
  • 3-year diploma in Construction Engineering Technology.
  • Proficiency in machine maintenance, maintenance planning systems, and supervising teams.
  • Advanced skills in report preparation and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

  • Liaise with auditors and the head office finance team during audits and reviews.
