Sales Manager Required - Chilled Poultry

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage the sales team and direct them to achieve the set sales goals. Develop marketing plans and implement strategies to increase market share. Build customer relationships and maintain their satisfaction and continuity of dealing. Follow up on the market and competitors and provide periodic reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with health and regulatory standards for the sale and distribution of chilled poultry. Prepare contracts and follow up on the execution of commercial deals. Train and develop the sales team to raise performance efficiency. Required Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in the food sales field, preferably in the chilled poultry or meat sector. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team. Familiarity with health and regulatory regulations for food products. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
