ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Account Executive to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting account management activities and contributing to sales objectives.

Role Overview

The Account Executive will work closely with the Account Manager to maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and ensure efficient account operations. The role involves direct customer interaction and internal coordination to support sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits as assigned and report outcomes to the Account Manager.
• Follow up with assigned customers to assist the Account Manager in securing sales orders.
• Support the Account Manager in identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Assist in evaluating and analyzing customer complaints.
• Provide input to the Account Manager regarding sales forecasts.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts and suggest them to the Account Manager.
• Collect payments to maintain receivables aging and DSO ratios within approved credit limits.
• Assist the Account Manager in converting assigned prospects to Marketing Qualified Prospects (MQPs) and subsequently into customers.
• Gather feedback on competitor activities from the field and relay it to the Account Manager for competitor profile updates.
• Seek new ideas and stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and processes within the field.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant professional experience is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as part of a dedicated team focused on customer relations and sales support.
