About the Role

Kanz is seeking a qualified BIM Modeler to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models for MEP and architectural systems.
• Coordinate clash detection and ensure design integration.
• Support the production of shop drawings.

Required Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Engineering or Architecture.
• Between 4 to 8 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is required.

Experience Expectations

The role requires a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong track record in BIM modeling.

Location and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. Candidates must be currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and possess a valid Iqama.
